- Competition is open to all residents of South Africa over the age of 18 years old, except for the employees of BiC, the competition sponsors, their public relations, ad agencies and their immediate families.
- All winners will be selected by a panel of judges' selected by BiC.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner may be required to appear on any form of media, for which no fee will be payable.
- All footage and photographs belong to BiC who reserve the right to use it in any way.
- The prizes are subject to availability and may differ from those shown.
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- BiC may ban a transgressor from entry into any other BiC competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by BiC management.
- BiC and the prize sponsors reserve the right to the cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of their control they shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.
- BiC reserves the right to alter the rules or prizes at their own discretion.
- Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by BiC.
- No entrants shall have any recourse against BiC as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
- Deadline for entries is 30 September 2010.
